This trip has a duration of 33 days including trekking, training and the peak climbs.
In this trip, these are the peaks that you’d climb:
– Gokiyo Ri, 5000m+
– Kala Pathar, 5000m+
– Lobuche peak, 6000m+
– Chhukung Ri, 5000m+`
– Island Peak, 6000m+
– Ama Dablam, 6812m
You will hike up to Gokiyo Ri, Cho La pass, Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp, which is a perfect training for the peak ascent of the other peaks, on top of being a great trek. It is also good for acclimatisation before climbing the other peaks.
The Himalayan Alpine Mountaineering Course will teach you the relevant techniques to acquire mountaineering skills and all you need to know in order to climb those peaks. The topics include: Knots, glacier travel, prusiking , advance crampon techniques, belaying techniques, snow anchors, ice anchors, rock anchors, equalising anchors, rappelling (abseiling), crevasse rescue, avalanche awareness, planning the climb, mountain weather, camp management and how to trek in high altitude.
The climbing of the Ama Dablam is (UIAA 5a) alpine. In addition the altitude has to be taken into consideration.
Food and accommodation: During trek and training the accommodation will be in lodges. All meals will be freshly cooked and served at the lodge. During the training and peak climbing, the accommodation will be in tents at base camps or high camps of the peaks. Here, we will provided alpine-style food.
Required: You must be physically and mentally well prepared for this Himalayan Alpine Mountaineering Course. You must also have some technical, basic mountaineering and climbing knowledge or similar, as well as hiking experience.
This trip will be lead by a multi Mt EVEREST summiteer.

Trek to Gokyo lake (4,750m)
Hike up to Gokyo Ri (5,364m)and back to Dangnak
Trek to Zongla (4,830m) and cross over Cho La pass (5,330)
Hike up to High Camp of Lobuche
Summit day of Lobuche peak as part of the training and back to Lobuche
From Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,180m). Then hike to Kala Pathar and Everest Base Camp

Hike to Island peak Base Camp and preparation for the summit climb via south ridge
